Our cancellation policies are very flexible. You can cancel your stay without any problems:

UP TO 22 DAYS before your stay, we will refund the full amount (a €60 administrative fee will be retained)
AFTER 21 DAYS before your stay, you will receive a voucher to be used by the end of the summer, valid for all bookings of this value or higher.

PLEASE NOTE: If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to check-in, the voucher will only be issued upon presentation of a valid reason for cancellation (illness); if cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to check-in, the deposit will be forfeited and no voucher will be issued.
